The CYSI PP Cavity Spin Coater features a polypropylene (PP) chamber offering excellent resistance to corrosive acids, strong bases, and aggressive organic solvents — making it ideal for HF-based processes, sol-gel chemistries, and perovskite precursor solutions that would damage standard stainless steel or aluminium chambers. An integrated exhaust port safely removes solvent vapours, and the programmable vacuum chuck accommodates a wide range of substrate sizes.
