Terms of use and privacy

1. Licence

Virospuk grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Virospuk Desktop on the number of devices included in your plan.

2. Your data

Calculations run on your computer. Your project files and test data stay on your computer unless you choose to use team sync. The app contacts the internet only to check for updates, sign in, refresh your licence and, if you use them, sync team projects.

3. Information we collect on this website

When you buy or create an account we process your name, email address and order details. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers. We use your email to deliver your purchase, manage your licence and answer support requests.

4. Engineering responsibility

Results are tools to support engineering judgement. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them. The software must not be the only safety layer in any test or flight system; hardware interlocks must remain in place.

5. No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Virospuk is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software.

7. Export controls

Propulsion and trajectory software may be subject to export-control laws. You agree to use it only in compliance with the laws that apply to you.

8. Restrictions

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or remove licence checks from the software, except where the law allows.

9. Refunds

If the software does not work for you, contact us and we will review your case.

10. Termination

This licence ends if you break these terms. You must then uninstall the software.

11. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to support@virospuk.com.
