The CYSI Large Heatable Automatic Film Coater combines a wide-format motorised doctor blade applicator with a precision heated vacuum bed to produce large-area, uniform thin films for ceramic tape casting and Li-ion battery electrode fabrication. Programmable coating speed, adjustable blade gap from 0–2 mm, and substrate heating up to 120°C deliver reproducible wet-film deposition on substrates up to 300 mm wide with excellent edge definition and thickness uniformity.
