The CYSI Automatic Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Coater atomises precursor solutions into fine aerosol droplets using a 1.7 MHz ultrasonic nozzle and deposits them onto heated substrates where pyrolytic decomposition forms dense, adherent oxide thin films. Fully automated X-Y scanning stage, programmable substrate temperature up to 500°C, and adjustable spray parameters enable deposition of ITO, ZnO, TiO₂, SnO₂:F (FTO), and perovskite precursor films with excellent large-area uniformity.
